Weekend is coming and some of you might be cramping to finish all the workloads and meet the deadlines before you finally take a break after a long and tiring week.
So, I would just like to give you some helpful tips.
DON’T BE BUSY.
It’s good to be busy but it’s better to be productive. We all hate that adrenaline rush whenever we cramp everything just to meet the deadlines. It’s so stressful and sometimes, the quality of our work is being compromised.
So, here are a few tips for you:
Track how you spend your time.
Make a reasonable to do list.
Focus on one goal at a time. (Stop multi-tasking)
Group similar tasks together.
Declutter and throw unnecessary stuff away.
Identify your personal work patterns.
If possible, avoid social media while working.
Use helpful tips to manage and schedule your work.
Ask for help when needed.
Take breaks but never procrastinate.
I have been using these tips for a long time and I can assure you that they help me to be productive at work.
I challenge you to follow these tips and see if it makes any difference.
